removal products I reviewed were different
types of creams that inhibit the follicle
and would either remove the hair right away
(then hair will grow back) or slowly kill
the hair follicles after constant applications.
What makes the Verseo ePen Permanent
Hair Removal System unique is the
fact that it uses a totally different method
including electrolysis for permanent hair
removal.
What I found is that if you go to spa or
salon the procedure can be very time consuming
and expensive and most place use creams,
wax, or sprays and as I stated earlier these
can take time. I really like the fact that
this can be done right at home and if I
were heading out for the evening and seen
a hair sprouting from my ear or elsewhere
I can take care of it quickly.
The most interesting thing about the Verseo
ePen is how it uses a small pen like tip
to transmit small pulses of a special electrical
current into the growth center of the hair
follicle. It affects the hair-producing
cells and dermal papilla, which are responsible
for hair growth. These small pulses permanently
stop the dermal papilla from ever producing
hair follicles again. Once you zap the hair
it can be wiped away or removed with tweezers.
The hair goes through different cycles
of growth and if the hair is in the growth
phase (Anagen) then you will have to use
the ePen several times during this cycle
for it to be completely effective. This
was the only thing that I found as an issues
of any sort. Why this happens is mainly
due to the fact that during the Anagen phase
the hair cells in the root are dividing
rapidly creating new hair to be formed and
while you are using the ePen on the hair
you want removed another is already growing
behind it.
What I liked best about the Verseo ePen
is it can remove unwanted hair from anywhere
on the body quite easily. Most look for
a permanent hair removal system if they
have unwanted facial hairs like above the
lip, or between the eyebrows but it can
be used for any application on the body.
For the larger areas like the back, under
arms or leg, you can use the adhesive pads
making the Verseo ePen a very versatile
tool.
When you follow the procedure accurately
(Which is very easy) and use the conductive
gel for the larger areas the Verseo ePen
will permanently remove hair, I know because
I have tried it. The procedure is very easy
all you need to do is put the conductive
gel onto the treated area and then insert
the cotton bud in the holder. Next you need
to dip the cotton into the gel and then
to the treatment area. This is when the
electric current starts to penetrate. This
can take a bit of time if the area is large
and it doesn’t necessarily get everything
the first time. Now I know this process
can become a little frustrating, but if
you think of how long it would take through
a professional electrolysis not to mention
how painful it can be.

I was curious to try it and now that I have
